Women are more attractive to men around 23 years old, and men's attractiveness to women seems to improve with age. The men were shown photographs of female body parts and asked to judge their attractiveness. The result was that men (of all ages) found 14-year-old women the most attractive (sexually). After all, information about social desirability and age are present in many normal social interactions, so deliberately eliminating information about age could reduce the naturalistic applicability of the results anyway.
Therefore, we must assume that a woman who is among the most beautiful at 21, while still one of the most beautiful at 35, will have lost her general attractiveness.
